My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-equipped, but unfortunately, they were not as clean as I had hoped for, with dusty carpets, curtains, and other people's hair on the floor. On the positive side, the bed was king-size and super comfy. The service was a bit deceiving regarding non-smoking rooms, but the staff was overall friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just steps away from Taksim square and with easy access to public transportation. However, there was a downside as the nearby hamam was not well-maintained. The dining options were a bit limited and pricey, but the fresh dishes redeemed the experience.

The staff provided helpful service like carrying luggage from/to the car and being cooperative and kind, making the stay more pleasant. The location was ideal for exploring, with easy access to attractions like Taksim Square, the bus and metro stations, and various dining and shopping options nearby. On the downside, the hotel could be somewhat expensive compared to the service quality given on specific dates like June 8th, 2019. The dining experience varied, ranging from exceptionally good to really bad, with repetitive or limited options, including a make-your-own pancake machine. Overall, the facilities offered were satisfactory, aligning with the price paid.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square and the metro stop, and the lively Istiklal pedestrian boulevard. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a bed comfort rating of 10/10, perfect for unwinding after long days exploring Istanbul. It offers a good size, highly recommended for families, and is in close proximity to many shops and activities. The breakfast boasts a variety, and Furkan at the reception is exceptionally helpful. However, my room overlooked the public street, leading to some annoyance.
